medela harmony manual breast pump- how did you store milk?
did you use the medela breastmilk bottles (5 oz), lansinoh breast milk storage bags, or the medela breastmilk feeding and stoage bulk pack?
if you used the lansinoh breast milk storage bags, how did you do it? did you just attach the bag to the pump? or dump milk from the bottle into the bag?
also, does anyone know if playtex drop ins bottles attach to this pump?
I just pump in to the bottles and if it is milk that will go int he freezer I put them in to bags. If it is milk that will be used while I am at work I keep them in the bottles for myself or my husband to make bottles the next day. If the milk sits in the fridge for a couple of days and I am sure it will not be used before it goes bad I will go ahead and transfer to bags to store int he freezer. As someone else said, store the bags flat for easier storage.
I use Playtex Drop-ins also. They have a Pump & Store system you ca buy from target that will attach them to your pumps. I bought two so that I could use it with my electric pump and double pump (they only come with one attachment piece per box)
